1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ViralScript AI ("the Service"), operated by VK Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Service.
2. Description of Service
ViralScript AI is an artificial intelligence-assisted creative platform for short-form content creators. The Service provides AI-generated viral hook comparisons, retention-engineered video scripts, teleprompter readers, and visual/SFX cues.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Output Ownership
You retain 100% full commercial ownership and rights to all scripts, hooks, captions, and content generated by you using ViralScript AI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated creator assets.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Creator, Creator Pro, Studio & Teams) and one-time action packs are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or one-off basis.
All checkout orders, transactions, and recurring billing are processed securely through authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners in full compliance with international tax and financial regulations.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or via the billing management link in your order receipt. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current monthly billing period. Please review our dedicated Refund Policy for details on our 14-day refund policy.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate defamatory, abusive, infringing, unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these safety standards.
