2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AI script generation engine.
• Track your monthly AI Action quota allowances and balance.
• Enable cloud storage and syncing of your saved video scripts across devices.
• Communicate critical account updates or billing receipts.

3. Payment & Billing Data Protection

We do not store or process your credit card, debit card, bank account, or payment credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are securely handled by authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processing partners with 256-bit encryption.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We work only with reputable cloud infrastructure and AI providers:

• Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 3.5): For real-time script and retention intelligence. Anthropic does not use API customer data to train foundation models.
• Supabase: For encrypted database storage and token-based authentication.
• Authorized Payment Partners: For secure global checkout, taxation, and subscription management.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right to request a complete copy of your personal data or request permanent deletion of your account and all saved scripts at any time by contacting support.
