We want you to be completely satisfied with ViralScript AI. If you subscribe to any of our paid plans (Creator, Creator Pro, Studio & Teams) and decide it's not right for your creator workflow, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

1. Send an email to vksolutions.tech@gmail.com with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Account Email].
2. Alternatively, you can reply directly to your Order Confirmation & Invoice Receipt.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time:

• There are no lock-in contracts or hidden cancellation fees.
• Once cancelled, you will retain full access to your plan and remaining AI Actions until the end of your current monthly billing period.
• No further renewal charges will occur after cancellation.

4. One-Time Action Top-up Packs

One-time action top-up packs (50, 150, 400 Actions) never expire. If you purchased an action pack by mistake and have not used the actions, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
